RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Promise
At Yuvora, your happiness means everything to us. We understand that sometimes a piece might not feel quite right—and that’s okay. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, easy, and hassel-free, so you can shop with complete confidence.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website: www.yuvorajewels.com
2. What is Eligible for Return or Exchange
- We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked return or exchange on all eligible products delivered within India.
- Products must be returned in unused, unaltered, and saleable condition, with:
• Original packaging
• Tags, stickers, and certificate (if any)
• Free gifts (if any)
• Yuvora jewellery box
• No signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- Customised jewellery (personalised, engraved, or made-to-order) is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products not meeting these conditions may be processed under the Buyback Policy instead.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at: contact@yuvorajewels.com within 15 days of delivery.
2. We will schedule a free reverse pickup and share packaging instructions.
3. Pack your jewellery securely with the original contents and hand it over to the pickup agent.
4. Retain proof of pickup (SMS, receipt, tracking number, or photo) for your records.
4. Quality Check
- Upon receipt, the returned item will undergo a quality inspection within 2–4 working days.
- If the item is worn, resized (by any external jeweller), damaged, or tampered with, it will not qualify for return or exchange
and may be handled under the Buyback Policy.
5. Refund Terms
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
- COD or Partial COD Orders:
• Online-paid amount: Refunded to original payment method
• Cash-paid amount: Refunded via bank transfer (bank details must match the invoice name)
- Customers must email their bank details within 5 working days of refund approval.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after successful quality check.
- Refund status will be shared via email.
6. Exchange Terms
- A product may be exchanged once within the 15-day return window.
- If you wish to return or exchange the same item again, it will be handled under the Buyback Policy.
7. International Orders
At this time, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available for international orders as per our standard policy.
However, if you have made an international purchase and require support, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Delight Team at contact@yuvorajewels.com. We’ll do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
