1. Coverage & Couriers

1.1. Yuvora offers international shipping to all countries, except Pakistan and Bangladesh.

1.2. We ship using reliable and reputed international courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, based on your delivery location.

2. Shipping Fees & Options

2.1. A flat international shipping fee of ₹3,495 is applicable on all international orders, irrespective of the destination country.

3. Timelines & Tracking

3.1. Delivery timelines for international orders range between 7 to 30 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

3.2. A tracking number and courier link will be shared with each customer via email and WhatsApp upon dispatch. Customers will also be informed of estimated delivery timelines.

4. Customs, Duties & Insurance

4.1. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

4.2. All shipments are fully insured while being dispatched from India. In case the shipment is misplaced or lost in transit, Yuvora will take responsibility and coordinate directly with the courier partner for resolution.

5. Returns & Delays

5.1. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange under standard policy. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis via written request to our team.

5.2. For any lost or damaged shipments, customers must report the issue via email to contact@yuvorajewels.com within a reasonable timeframe.
