1. Service Coverage

1.1. Yuvora proudly delivers to all major pincodes across India, as per the coverage of our trusted logistics partners.

2. Shipping Timelines

2.1. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. In case of government holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed.

2.2. Delivery timelines post-dispatch:

    • Domestic orders: 3 to 7 working days (depending on your location)

2.3. If your product is out of stock or made-to-order, we will notify you of the expected shipping date upon receipt of your order.

3. Shipping Charges

3.1. Domestic Shipping (India):
    • Free shipping on all orders delivered within India to serviceable pincodes.

3.2. Reverse Shipping:
    • Within 15 days (as per our Return & Exchange Policy): Free reverse pickup
    • After 15 days: ₹500 per side will be charged (pickup or delivery, as applicable)

4. Packaging & Insurance

4.1. All shipments are packed using tamper-proof, Yuvora-branded security seal courier bags to ensure complete safety and privacy.

4.2. Every order is fully insured during transit until it is safely delivered to your doorstep.

4.3. A tracking number and courier link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp upon dispatch so you can monitor the delivery in real-time.

5. Delivery Support & Issues

5.1. If your tracking link shows “Delivered” but the parcel hasn’t been received, or if your parcel is delayed beyond expected timelines, please contact our Customer Delight Team immediately.

5.2. Yuvora will assist you with claims for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels, provided they are reported within a reasonable timeframe.

5.3. We work only with insured and reliable shipping partners, so rest assured—your jewellery is always in safe hands.
